SPANISH CONSTRUCTION TO DECREASE WITH 17.7% IN 2010

The Institute of Construction Technology of Catalonia has published a report which says the construction sector in Spain will decrease by 17.7% this year and will decline over the next two because of cuts in public sector engineering and civil infrastructure. This institution has predicted declines of 4.7% in 2011 and 0.1% in 2012, in addition to 17.7% in 2010.
